Jim is "intelligent network", so I went online and did some work. All recommendations on the O2 sensor on left bank ("left" is the word). He went to his local supplier, parts and buy the sensor. Jim replaced the O2 sensor cleared the code and had his wife drive the car for a few days. About 75 miles later, the check engine light went on and light the same code is activated.
Jim is back online and at depth.
